Gloria Hatch - Salisbury - Carolina Cremation

Gloria Jean Braswell Hatch, 67, of Salisbury, passed away on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center.

She was born November 2, 1950 in Franklin County, FL to the late Willis Crawford Braswell and Bedia Remmell Buckhalter. Gloria worked in sales at Kmart for many years and was a member of Hope Lane Ministries. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, doing word searches and puzzles, but her favorite thing was spending time with her great grandson, Wyatt.

Gloria is survived by her daughter, Kim Herrington (Michael) of Greensboro, FL; grand daughter, Ashley Beasley (Travis) of Greensboro, FL; great-grandson, Wyatt; sisters, Joann Wilkes of Dade City, FL; Nyoka Anthony of Gainesville, FL; Ruth Clark of Greensboro, FL; Imogene Reeves (John) of Salisbury, NC; brothers, Bobby Braswell (Rose) of Vista, CA; E.J. “Bill” Braswell (Diane) of Graniteville, SC; Larry Braswell (Linda) of St. Augustine, FL; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Gloria was preceded in death by siblings, Dixie Starling and Marvin Braswell.

There will be a memorial service held on Saturday, May 5th, 2018 at 4:30 PM at New Beginnings Fellowship, 11055 Highway 52 Rockwell, NC 28138.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hope Lane Ministries, 1330 Maxwell St. Salisbury, NC 28144.
